Pre-Purchase Rooms FAQs

Where can I find the pre-purchase rooms?

They are available under the pre-purchase tab in the lobby, and you can buy cards for the 2,000 guaranteed game on Tuesday, and the 2,00 guaranteed game on Thursday. Plus, every week, there's a special prize game that runs on Wednesdays. Prizes range from TVs, to laptops and cameras!

Do I have to have funded my account?

Yes, pre purchase rooms are only available to funded players.

Is there a minimum number of cards I need to buy?

You only need to buy one card to play in a pre-purchase game.

Can I watch my cards being played?

Yes, the rooms will open for chat 15 minutes before the game starts, so if you're around on the night, you can go into the room that you need.

You can also re-enter the room anytime before the game starts to view your cards, or even buy more!

How do I know if I've won?

As with our regular games, any money won will automatically be credited to your account.

You will also be contacted by a member of our customer services team to inform you of your win.

What happens if more than one person wins on the prize game?

The cash equivalent of the prize is split equally between the winners. You can see the cash value in the game on the right hand side.

Are the cards the same price as the non pre-purchased cards?

Card prices normally vary between different rooms and games, but our pre-purchase cards are set at 1 each for the cash prize games. prices may vary for the prize games

How far in advance can I pre-purchase a card?

Game rooms open one week before the draw, as soon as the game before it has finished. For example, next Thursdays game will open as soon as this Thursdays is over.

Where will my cards be stored before the game?

They will be in the usual area that you would see your cards when playing a game of bingo, and you can come in any time before the game to view them.

Are the rules the same as usual games?

Yes, it is a coverall game, so the first person to bingo on the entire square will win.

Does the money leave my account as soon as I pre-purchase, or at the time of the game?

As soon as you purchase this is the same as usual games.
